This amazing class takes place on the MOVE STRONG Functional Trainer and is designed to improve the bodies all around strength, stability, balance, and movements. This follows a circuit style curriculum with a limited rest and keeps the body moving.
This class takes place in our indoor sandpit to put even more functional stress on your body. This class uses mostly body weight exercises on the unstable surface of the sand to get those muscles burning and to give you the ultimate beach body you deserve year round.
